Returns Policy
Our returns policy can vary slighly depending on the product you have purchased, a break down of this is below:
Weighted Blankets - If you need to return one of our blankets, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a full refund. Kindly note we can only refund blankets that are not damaged in any way. This product is covered by a one-year manufacturers warranty. If the product is faulty please return it to us for either repair or replacement, depending on the issue or defect.
Books - Any of our books range can be returned within 7 days of purchase,
but kindly note we can only refund books that are not damaged in any way.
Trihear Convo - If you are in an way unsatisfied with this product, please return it in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase.
Kindly note that for all returns The Care Whisperer is not responsible for the cost of the return postage and packaging. However, if you have any issues at all with the prodcuts you purchased from us, or the service you have received, do get in touch with us because we would rather speak with you directly to resolve any issues you may have experienced.
For refunds, once we have checked the product is not damaged and in the original packaging, we will contact you and look to provide a full refund to you within 5 business days.
